There are many ‘prepaid’ cell phones out there. You can even get them at 7-11. You will pay more for the actual phone but won’t have to worry about huge monthly bills.

This option is best if you don’t plan on using the phone too much….it is GREAT if you only want a cell in your car for emergencies.
