Where can i buy a used HTC phone guaranteed to work? preferably in a used cell phone store near los angeles?

Peferably in a used cell phone store. i want to buy the incredible and switch it over to metro, so i would like a cheap one. at most $200

I don’t know about cell phone stores in LA but I do know that you can find used HTC phone on Craigslist, you might find alot of spam but the real sellers are easy to spot. You can also try Ebay but I personally don’t like the auction style.
