I really want the LG Scoop, but brand new they are 220 dollars. You can get them on Ebay for cheaper, but not by much. Do you know of anywhere online you can purchase phones that don’t cost quite that much? And I can’t up my plan yet…so I can’t get it that way…

they a repair store. they usually have used or refurbs and new phones. and if they dont have the scoop they might be able to give you a ux260 or a rumor and flash it to alltel.
eBay phones are usually Refurbs, Almost new or from Foreign countries that do not have a warranty. In the long run it’s better to buy it from your Cellphone Provider. I just bought a Samsung t819 from T-Mobile for $220 and love it. It’s warrantied for 1 year. Look at it as insurance.
